1. What is the pricing policy?

Prices and discounts are subjected to seasonal offers. Prices stated on the bill shown on the checkout page of the Cold Storage Website and Mobile App are subjected to adjustments for out-of-stock products, substitutions, special offers and weighted items.

The prices shown in the final bill of the Cold Storage Website and Mobile App reflects any adjustment, if any, will be the amount charged for the order at the time of delivery.


2. How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel our order before processing has begun, please go to ‘My Account’ -> ‘My Orders’ and select the order you wish to cancel.

If your order is already being processed (We reserve the rights to incur service charges for orders that have started processing), kindly please contact us using the details below:

3. If my delivery contains damaged goods, missing / wrong items, how can I request for a refund?

To initiate the refund procedure, we request that you retain the damaged or incorrect products. Ensure that the incorrect items are unused and remain in their original packaging for collection. Please have your order number and a photo of the product(s) ready. Subsequently, send the details of your request to csonline.sg@dfiretailgroup.com . Our dedicated team will promptly contact you to facilitate further actions. We strongly advise inspecting your order upon delivery to pre-empt any potential disputes.

4. What is the time frame for raising disputes related to a refund?

Any potential disputes must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. For Fresh, the period is 3 days.

5. Who makes the final decision on refund outcomes?

Refund outcomes are solely decided by the Customer Service Team. Customer Service Team will carefully assess each case to ensure a fair resolution.

6. Can I raise a dispute after the stipulated time frame?

Unfortunately, disputes must be raised within the specified time frame (7 days for Ambient and Frozen, 3 days for Fresh items). Any concerns raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

7. What can I do If my delivery has not arrived?

If you would like to track your order when it is in the process of being delivered, please go to 'My Account' -> 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to track If your order has not been delivered after you stated delivery window, please contact us using the details below:

8. What if there is an issue with the quality of my goods?

Please prepare your order number & photo of the product(s) and then send the details of your request to csonline.sg@dfiretailgroup.com

9. How do I get back the payment/refund amount after out of stock/re-weighing items?

Refunds approved by us after picking out of stock or reweighing your fresh produce will be refunded back to the same card used for that purchase.

10. Can I redeem Yuu Points on Cold Storage Website and Mobile App?

Unfortunately, Yuu Points are not redeemable on Cold Storage Website and Mobile App at the moment.

11. How do I sign up for Yuu member?

You may download the Yuu SG app on Apple App Store or Google Play store and register your Yuu account within the app.

12. How do I linked my Yuu ID on Cold Storage?

You may link your Yuu ID via the 'Link Yuu ID' button that can be found on 'My Account' page and during the checkout page.

13. Can I redeem PAssion Card points on the Website and Mobile App?

Sorry we no longer accept Passion Card.

14. I want to add more quantity of a specific product to my shopping cart but I am not able to do so.

We may not have enough stock at the moment. Please check again tomorrow.

15. I would like to set up my address in Cold Storage. How do I do that?

Please go to 'My Account' --> 'Addresses' to set up the new address.

16. What are the delivery charges?

Enjoy FREE delivery for orders above $80. A $7 delivery charge will be applied for orders below $80.

17. Product images accuracy.

Product images on the platform are for illustration purposes and may not reflect the actual reflect the actual product packaging at the time of your purchase due to packaging redesign and improvements.

18. What are the Welcome voucher?

Vouchers worth $30 will be given to eligible new sign-up customers. Vouchers are denominated in $8, $10 and $12 which are to be split across 3 orders.
